Do We Need A Cure for Carter-Vickers?
Has injury or form resulted in any degradation in the American unit's performance data?
Last week I wrote about Alex Valle and Greg Taylor. I stated that I usually have an expectation of an outcome prior to embarking on a piece. Last week it was that there would not be a material difference between the two left-backs’ performances. Little joy flutters are unleashed when I am proven wrong by the data.
This week I want to assess whether there has been any degradation in Cameron Carter-Vickers's performance. I expect that the answer will be “yes”. The reason for that is mainly due to the expected impact of injuries. He has a foot injury that seems to require “managing” which suggests a certain level of physical hindrance on an ongoing basis.
