First thing is first: Get well soon Laura.

I like to watch these on YouTube so you get your ad cents then come over here for the banter and creator visibility. I have nice things to say about a few fan channels but this one is only worth an annual sub :P

I think Hibs have a culture similar to ours... just much less cash.

It doesn't surprise me, this xG and pack pass stuff.

The other teams can be more aggressive against each other but they to a team shut shop against us but Hibs never does.

It makes exciting games and it sometime gets points against us but at home it often translated to a big win for us.

My mum's dad was Hibs fan, I've always had a soft spot for our Edinburgh cousins.

I like McCowan a lot, impressed me a lot since signing but he wasn't great at the weekend. I really saw your observation (was it you? Aye, probably. Sorry iffy memory) that he is a chaos agent. Kasper was immense. Kyogo's goal was so good it was almost sexual, lol. AJ is so consistent I often don't give him that much credit because when I think to to my internal response is "Yeah, it's AJ, of course he was good", probably change the name and cut and paste for CCV.

Still need to sort left back, if I'm greedy a centre back, the middle 3 are good but you can always upgrade, we need 2 Kuhn/Maeda level players as Forrest sis aging and Palma and Yang are a falling off a cliff edge from the first picks, and if we can keep em happy, a 3rd first XI standard striker. Kyogo's shoulder worries me. If he is out Idah alone in such a crucial position is not enough. No, sorry, I don't care how Japan use him or his goal record, when Maeda plays as the point of the spear it's very obvious he is not a natural out and out striker.

If Sinasalo is good, if we can sort out Valle and Taylor's contract issues (if not, replace them), what is my ideal squad coming out the January window?

Schmeichel/Sinasalo

AJ/Ralston CCV/A.N.Other Trusty/Scales Valle/Taylor

McGregor/A.N.Other

Engels/Bernardo Hatate/McCowan

Kuhn/A.N.Other Kyogo/Idah/A.N.Other Maeda/A.N.Other

Bin Welsh and make a recruit Scottish so the homegrown quota is still met. I wouldn't say no to a KT return but if it is him we need to keep Valle AND Taylor as KT's injury record since he left isn't great even though he'd be a big improvement when he is available. Nawrocki, Holm, Palma and (sorry bud) Yang to make the space on the balance sheet.

I worry a bit about McGregor cover, Bernardo is decent there and I imagine Engel could fill in but Wanyama-type we could rotate would flatten my nerves.

So... Tardis purchases of prime Ajer, KT, Wanyama, Roberts, Dembele and Sinclair and we are laughing.... you could go further back I guess (I tuned in at the end of the Burns era so there are probbly ones even further back). Rieper, KT, Wanyama, Roberts, Larsson, and Lubo.

Ooft! imagine a fit and firing Kuhn/AJ on the right and KT/Maeda on the left. Terrifying, it'd give domestic teams nightmares.

Zagreb is very heavily hit with suspension, half their first pick is unavailable. I'm hoping that hurts them a lot against us. Have to say though, I know very little about them but their squad valuation, according to transfermarkt, is lower than us.

Them @€73.15m v us @€133.23m.

MVPs? Baturina (AMF) @€20m (then 2, unavailable, 5m players) v Kyogo & CCV @€14m (then 8 player >5m). Zagreb have 11 players either suspended or injured.

All flat, no context, subjective, data rather than useful analysed info from me there though admittedly.

As always, great show Bhoys HH

great you've made it over here Mark! And thanks for the state of the nation. Much more comprehensive than any of my articles.

As you say tonight is winnable. Let's hope the calm, confident and organised Celtic continues.
